As an Account Manager for Eric Simpson State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager for Eric Simpson State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Willing and able to obtain a Property and Casualty License
- Willing and able to obtain a Life and Health License
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
